the seals shouldn't need replaced.

If your valve covers are dirty/grimey you might need to change the seals. All depends on the condition of your motor

Does Comp list a "required" seat pressure spec for that cam, I couldn't find it in the information listed? Not a "recommended valve spring", we all know what they're going to recommend. Speaking of Comp's recommendations, I saw a 3 digit part number under the recommended "cam break in lube" column in the spec sheet...anybody here have a tube of that stuff in their garage from their last cam swap

Im running a 222\222 567\567 112 with ls6 springs for 2 months now with no problems
