Default coolant leaking out of head help needed

i was filling up my new motor with coolant today and all of the sudden i hear some coolant leakign from the rear of the passenger side head. there is a small threaded hole that seems like it might need a plug. on the driver side this hole has a sensor i think its the coolant temp sensor . can someone go look at there engine and tell me if this hols is plugged or what?

It should have a threaded plug in it. The hole is there since the heads are not left or right specific on these engines.
