If its Multi layer steel i would spray atleast 1 layer... but call chris and see what he recogmends.. he recogmended for me to spray my stock ls1 MLS caskets ...

I sprayed my old cometics, I was planning to spay the new ones too, but if its not needed then I wont.

ill spray cometics, but leave the ls2 gaskets alone though.

I remember reading that Cometic specifically recommends not to spray theirs...

I just installed my new cometics with nothing on them. I made sure the deck surface was spotless and clean and I installed everything perfectly dry and oil free. Not leaking one bit. The GM gaskets are super forgiving, don't fret.
