Installed mine this weekend too. Same issue. Moved the clamp back towards the muffler a little more so that about 1/4"- 3/8 " of the slotted tubing is exposed in front of the clamp. Seemed to work.

Tightening the clamp seemed to cause the metal to buckle rather coming together at the slots. Initially I tried turning the clamp 180 degrees but that just caused it to buckle on the other side.

As for the tip angle and height. I got mine the way I wanted it by marking and twisting the exit pipe and tip connections untill the position was to my liking.

Same here. As far as the leak goes, are you feeling exhaust or is it just condensesating(SP???) and dripping?

At first it was both condensation and exhaust leak. Now it is just the escaping exhaust.

I did the exact same thing w/ similar resuslts.

I finally got in touch w/ Crosa performance today and they advised placing the clamp closer to the edge of where the lead pipe and muffler join and rotating about 3/4 the way around from where it was and torqueing to 40-50 Ft Lbs. As far as the tip hanging a little low they also recommended the possibilty of finding a muffler shop in town and see if they have any slightly shorter rubber hangers and swapping the one closest to the tip out w/ it to raise the Tip. I Might give that a shot....
