I believe when you are hauling let's say farm animals. like cows and horses. You will have some problems witht he animals with having it come out in the rear straight back. the carbon monoxide from the exhaust can kill or permanent brain damage. It's jsut a clause so you cant sue them when your race horse coems up retarded. That is the only reason I have heard of, I did grow up on a farm and that's one thing I have always heard of. Boats and car trailers or rv's it's not a big deal.
