Corsa Sport 3" or Magnaflow 3.5" Catback for Denali
I am really torn between the Corsa Sport or Magnaflow Catbacks. I would have ordered the Corsa already but I am concerned about the 3" pipes used when the factory exhaust is 3.5". The magnaflow is 3.5 inch. I am ordering ARHs catless 1 7/8. I want all the performance I can get. What is your expert opinions? Anybody have Videos of either set up with 6.2s? Thank You!

My personal opinion is you may want to stick with your factory cat-back until you install the headers to see how you like it. The factory system performs well and the addition of the headers and especially minus the cat’s will increase the sound level quite a bit. My experience with the ARH 1.875” headers with their high-flow cat’s and a Corsa cat-back on a 2011 6.2 crew-cab is while the exhaust note is fairly muted at idle, at anything more the exhaust becomes a little too loud for my tastes. You may find that you can save yourself close to a grand and if it does turn out that you want it a little more aggressive you can always add the cat-back.

1 step at a time in your case will be best. 2nd, i would go with magnaflow 3.5 muffler only. it will fit in without changing tailpipes. in place of tailpipe, i would replace y merge with a flowmaster y merge. these mods would maximize power increase and flow without spending extra unnecessary money.
