Ya know, I haven't installed a modified torque converter in my truck yet, but my 89 GT 5.0 had a 2800 Holeshot put in after my drivetrain mods and gained some searious "seat of the pants" power. It's like the sweet spot was moved up closer to off the line. So if that sort of result was found with a mild 5.0, I can only imagine what my 5.3 sled will do.
