Question couple exhaust questions

so i finally got money to do my exhaust now
what i want to get is a set of Pacesetters LT. I'm prolly going to order them from TSP. Can you get them already coated?
Its going to be a true dual exhaust with 2.5" piping. I want stainless steel pipes. Should i just order piping online and have someone build it or does anyone know of shop in Houston that does that? From the headers to the pipes, should I do clamps or can you weld on flanges?
Im torn on gettin a x pipe and 2 mufflers or just a Magnaflow with the x-pipe inside. Anyone know what the sound and power difference is? Im going to be keeping the stock cats just to stay legal cause with my luck i'll get caught.

Sorry if my questions bounce around everywhere.

Why not get stainless headers too? Kinda pointless to a stainless exhaust with steel headers. Ive heard theyre really cheap on Ebay

Coated headers would be my choice. Nobody would know what they were if they were coated. The sound depends on the size of the mufflers you go with. Smaller = loud Larger = quiet, that doesnt mean you wont hear it if it was a larger muffler. I had a Magnaflow 14568 2.5" di/do w/built in X pipe on my last truck w/ JBA shorties, Magnaflow HF cats with 2.5" SS tubing exiting out in front of the back tire (like a Lightning), it sounded insane. I'm probably going to end up doing the same system on this truck, except this time I'll get LTs instead of shorties.
