Default Crankshaft Bolts

So I got the spacer (GM p/n 12563532) to make my crank a long snout again. I also got the bolts that it called for, but because I have a flywheel instead of a flexplate their too short. They only go in about 3-4 threads. What I need is a M11x1.5x40mm grade 10.9. Does anyone know where I can get them at... Even if I have to cut them shorter to fit?
Thanks

I'll bet that ARP makes something like that...try googling "ARP Fasteners"...

Are there any GM applications that used the spacer and a flywheel, maybe a 00+ 4.8 with a 5 speed or something like that?

Well my parts guy (whos really into hotrods) looked at all 3 engine sizes and applications with no luck. He was going to call me Monday with any news after doing sum research.

Good luck man, as you mentioned, you might end up doing something custom (like longer bolts cut down). Whatever you do, make sure that the bolts you get are just as strong or stronger than the stockers.

He needs hardened bolts (not exactly sure what grade)...I don't believe that hardware stores have that kind of "hardware" lol

Just as the OP said, he needs metric Grade 10.9. They are available at some of the better hardware stores, which coincidently are usually the smaller stores. It seems like the big chain hardware stores never have anything of use. If not, maybe there is a Fastenal or some other kind of bolt shop near him?

Alright maybe I shoulda thought about this before, but what about getting a flywheel out of an '02 or newer model year and not using the spacer? Would that work? I dont want to order one and find that it doesn't work only to return it.
