The GM Part Numbers are:
Part--------Qty -------P/N
Spacer------1-------12563532
Bolts (long)--6-------12563533

I'm sorry that I hadn't gotten back to you earlier, but I've been working overtime lately and have been very busy. I sent you an email with this same information this evening plus pictures from a GM maintenance manual.

Thanks again. The numbers for the bolts were correct, and the number for the spacer was close enough that the dealer found the actual part number. For everybody else's information, it is 12563532.

Mike,
I went back and corrected the part number in my post. I got the two parts out of a box last night and wrote the numbers on my hand correctly, but I typed the spacer P/N incorrectly!

Hopefully you can get them pretty quickly.
