Custom Cams
Would there be any difference by getting this cam's lobe changed from 114 to 113 or maybe 112?
Comp Cam 212/218 lift .522/.529 114 lsa
Would 112 be to much? They are all the same price. I was thinking 113.
Also, check these other one's that I thought of. Let me know what you think.
212/212 lift .521/.521 114 or 113 lsa
212/214 lift .521/.522 113lsa
214/214 lift .522/.522 113lsa
What should I go with? Need upper rpm power. Don't want to loose too much down low. I'm also adding springs, pushrods, retainers, 2600 stall w/ cooler and LaPole Headers.

Re: Custom Cams
Almost any cam would work well with nitrous, although a traditional split duration will show better results. I wouldn't buy a cam just for its nitrous potiential unless the vehicle will see a 200+ shot and spend most of the time at the track. Pick a good strong NA cam and you will be happy.
I was personally thinking of going with a Comp cams custom grind 210 / 214 on a 113 LSA with about .530 lift and 5 degrees of advance ground in. Should have a good low end and pull into the 6000s.
With a stall, you can deal with more duration. If you get too aggressive, your truck will feel weak under a load @ low rpms (overdrive on the freeway). It looks like you are on the right track and almost any of the combos you have listed will give you similar results. One may lope more than another, peak rpm may shift 100 rpms in one direction, but peak numers will be pretty close with them all.
