Default Custom Grind, advice?

Ok, I have talked to a few people including about these cams and now I have decided to maybe get a custom grind cam.

I would like somthing with a good torque, strong midrange and enough top end to shift at 6000rpms. Aggressive lope is also a good thing.

I have took the two of comps mild ls1 cams, and changed the LSA on them to achieve the aggressiveness im looking for.

1) 212/218 .522 .529 112 LSA

2) 212/218 .558 .563 112 LSA

Now which one would offer the most performance gains, while at least retaining low-end torque. I dont really want to lose low-end grunt but I have to, I would like to keep it to a minimum. This is also my one and only daily driver.

What would be the main difference performance wise between the cams? And what would you recommend?

thanks guys.

I think the 1st one is gonna retain the better low end. There really isn't gonna b e much difference in those 2.

If you go to a 114lsa, you will have a better low end, but at the cost of a little idle chop.

I agree w/ flyer on the 114 lsa, but I suggested the 113 to give more lope like was requested, but keep more low end than a 112. Also, droping a little exhaust duration will keep a tad more low end. Plus, going with the aggressive lobes will suprise you with the retained low end TQ but increased upper rpms HP.
