Looks good, nothing wrong with taking a good working part and upgrading it, simply to upgrade!

My wife always asks me when I buy new parts "Is the old one broken, or are you just doing this for fun?"

I hate to thread-jack, but what would happen if you blocked the ports off like with the plugs that go on the back side??

The ports are there to vent any air pockets out of the heads. They insure the heads are full of coolant around the cylinders.

Do you have to seal the ends that thread into the head with teflon tape? and for the fittings that do go into the head, are they just metric to -AN adapters?

I really like this idea and may have to steal it for my truck!

I got the adapters from Kurt Urban. They fit into the heads just like the factory adapters. I then just used -4 AN fittings from Jegs.

What did you do on the line that T's off the passenger head and goes to the rad? Did you just add an AN socket to the stock rubber hose? Or replace the whole thing with the same hose you used for the crossover piece?
