Im not convinced torque converter lockup caused this though. There was plenty of movement between the torque converter and trans when I seated the converter and had to slide it back to mount to the flexplate...

That would be one thing to check then-see if you have any movement now between them. If not, fill it with helium and have a party.
One very very small peice on the magnet. Looked like weld splatter.
I just changed my oil, looked like welding slag on the magnet....but I did a lil welding on the cam retainer bolts during the cam swap....I hope mine isnt going out.
