Ahh, yep. PCM B fuse = fuel pump no worky.

Heres whats really weird...I wired everything up and when I got done I tested the fuel pump lead before I dropped the tank, fine. After I dropped the tank and fiddled with the bucket, and tried it again is when nothing happened and it didnt work.....so some time during the time when I wasnt messing with the wiring a fuse blew

Glad it was an easy fix. I wanna see this project completed. I'm starting to think about my own next project.
