Default DBW Throttle Body ?'s

Are all 03+ DBW truck throttle bodies the same size? 78mm for the 4.8, 5.3, & 6.0? Also did GM change the size of the 07-08 NNBS throttle bodies on the 4.8,5.3,6.0 trucks?

Not sure about the NNBS MAFs, but I believe the old MAFs were 90mm with the 78mm TBs.
