I saw the gaps. I said for 130 dollar set of headers, fck it ehyy. I just figured the gasket would cover it. Oh, If ANYONE INSTALLING IN A 99, be prepared to remove your air injection system, and fun with the passanger side. There will be a bunch of other bull **** but I just finished yesterday and am still pissed and don't feel like going into detail.

are you guys getting the ticking sound almost similar to a "diesel" sound coming from the headers that is infamous with the Pacesetters? I can't stand that from my pacesetters and this maybe another route i might take

I think that sound is valve train noise because the stock manifolds can quiet that sound down because of the thickness of the manifold. Some headers are worse than others depend the gauge thickness of the primaries.

I have different headers (StainlessWorks), but I also used stock gaskets. I got new ones at the dealership. As for bolts, I used the bolts that came with the Gibson shorties that I had prior to the SW's. Since I put anti-sieze on the threads when I originally installed the Gibsons, all of the bolts came right out and were in great shape, aside from a little surface rust on the bolt heads.
