Why do people replace the cam sprocket? I've never heard of that. I didn't change mine when we swapped cams in my truck at 100,000 miles.

From what I understand the cam sprocket on the NNBS are a one bolt style while in the previous generation motors like my old '99 is a 3 bolt style. The cam is setup to accept the 3 bot GENIII sprocket.

Again this is just my understanding. Please correct me if i'm incorrect.
