Default diff case leaking

I had an eaton posi installed by a local shop about 3500 miles ago, and I think just recently the diff case started leaking, there are drops on the floor, its wet on the bottom edge and even towards the top left side. Perhaps the recent burnout/sideways action caused alotof pressure in the case?

I brought them a install kit from Randy's ring and pinion which included a new gasket (wether they actually used it or not I'll never know )

Should I put a new gasket on there or try and re-torque the bolts? Anyone know the torque specs for the diff cover? Whats the best gasket to use?

I've been meaning to change the fluid anyways....guess its time to get greasy.
