note : I did the compression test and all cylinders read 110-120 so I dont think its a valve problem

That would be a bearing man, does it want to die when taking a corner at all or driving around or feel like has no power when driving

Thats piston speed, so I'd say it's a piston or rod bearing. If its lasted 500 miles without seizing up or getting way worse, it's probably not a rod bearing.

Kind of sounds like a rod bearing.

What's the story on the engine??? I am wondering if you spun a cam bearing. Have you changed the oil to inspect for particles???

Piston.

Teardown time. Do it before you scar a cylinder wall.

Rod bearing would have died long ago. Once they loose clearance & spin, it's a very short time before they get really really bad and/or seize.

the story goes like this : started to play with the tune , added some advance on the spark after we got the AFR where we want it , a spark plug broke its tip , checked all spark plugs, only number 1 was bad, every plug else was ok , changed them any way
did a compression test all pistons read 110-120psi constant, no fast presure drop in all cyl's, all have the same rate

started the motor , the sound never changed sence the sound came out a 9 days ago
