Default Does a Mail order TSP tune need to be "relearned"?

So I found a link from Nelson tuning with a passkey relearn... http://www.nelsonperformance.com/faqs/passkey.htm

I tried that.. but the secruity light wasnt coming on.. which is odd. This is an 01..thought it had secruity. I had texas speed tune it for all my mods and especially for the non-idle i had with the tr224... so when i first got it and installed it.. it turned right over and did everything that Jason at TSP did to tune it... ran perfect.. an hour later i went to leave and it wouldnt start and than i finally got it to do a crappy idle.. is this supposed to happen? I called Jon at TSP and he said, ya just give it a little time... i did and i even went for another 20 min drive and nothin working.. am i missing something? Its acting like its never been tuned.. the rpm limiter is even back to where i had it set a long time ago, lol.

so... i need help!

Thanks in advance

I had to do the relearn on mine but it was right away as soon as I put in the PCM not later down the road like yours. That seems odd.
