Doetsch Tech Nitro Slammer shock pics
Well I just got my Doetsch Teck Nitro Slammer Shocks for my 03 GMC Sierra Ext. Cab., SB, with the 5.3L. They look very nice with Urethane bushings, and a very thick housing! In fact they look at least twice as thick as the factory shocks. I also got a set of 4 Doetsch tech brand shock boots (black color). You can also get red color shock boots.
Now I am waiting for my Hotchkis springs, which I should get sometime next week at the latest. I have attached pics of these shocks to this post.
I should post some pics of my truck today too.
I cant wait to put the shocks and springs on my truck. Hopefully I will be happy with the shocks. I got them for $35 a piece, SUPER CHEAP, so I almost expect them to ride like crap. If thats the case I guess I will sell them and get the Edelbrock. I decided on the Doetsch techs because of the lower cost and also they are a shortened shock for lowered trucks, unlike the Edelbrocks which as far as I know are only one length.
