I did a spring only swap in about 3-4 hours. It woudl have gone quicker, but I actually re-did about 6-8 springs/locks because I'm paranoid.

I did a cam only swap in about 7, with a few breaks.

Both are from teardown to turn-key. The work is not that hard... just time consuming, messy, and stressfull.
