If you guys could do almost anything to a motor what would it be.
It will be going under the M122 Radix
Requirements
Pass Calif Smog
Driveability (DD)
I would like to maintain my current 16 to 17 MPG Highway
Budget 15,000 dollars
which must include all labor, 4L80, Tune, Driveline upgrade, Fuel system upgrade. everything including price for the M122 upgrade.
Current set up 6.0
I am AWD so traction won't be a problem
Mark
PS Thanks for your input Brian and Devin

What you are asking for is NOT going to happen. You want more power plain and simple your mpg is going to go down with a blower(turbo is a different story). Second doesnt Cali have some weird laws about internal engine modifications? Third the 80e swap in your AWD is going to cost 6K buy ITSELF. So you are basically working with 15-6-2500=6500. 6500 to have a built motor and have it installed along with all the conversion stuff for the 80e swap is ludacris. Come back down to earth and either lower your goals, add more money to the mix or do it yourself. It has been my experience with hot rodding that if your arent independantly wealthy you have to learn to do it yourself. It just costs too much for installation of parts.
