at 181.82 it is a pretty good deal. tis good to have friends in the parts business isn't it matt. after riding in yours i'd say it's a damn good straight forward swap if you're looking at not spending alot and want to keep it stock looking for warrenty issue's also. once you get to the track you'll have some 60' times to show the improvement, but even off just seat of the pants it seemed to come out nicely.

GM has changed the part number already. The new number is 24228708 and dealer cost is $277.48 plus $100. core. Hey Black02Z71 how long have you had the TB converter in?

that is correct, i checked on that a couple days ago. it is no longer a new unit and has been superceeded to a rebuilt unit. the converter we used in matt's truck is 24213391 which is the same converter, except for a 4wd trailblazer. i believe it is a bit tighter on the stall than the 2wd converter.

I really want this convertor but I wanna know how much weight people have towed with it, how often they tow that weight, and how far they have towed it.

not many people have had them that long. they seem to work fine for towing in the trailblazer's.
