Default DTC code help!

Posted this in tuning but think I should put it here instead.

I did not check for DTCs before I did my injector swap and new PCM Saturday but this is what I'm getting now.
I have a NELSON tuned PCM.

This is how they read exactly off Predator under DTCs not ran section.
I only use Predator for diagnostics.
The truck seems to run fine, I have only put on about 40 miles since the swap Saturday.

Any suggestions?

P0440 (EVAP Control system Malfunction)

P0442 (EVAP Control System (small leak), Leak Detected)

P0446 (EVAP Control System Vent control Circuit Malfunction)

P0741 (TCC Circuit, Performance or Stuck Off)

P1441 (EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge)

Yea, a loose gas cap or any other leak in the EVAP system will throw a code. Be sure to check all of the hoses and connections on the intake also, something may have gotten disconnected during the injector swap. Not sure why you're getting the torque converter lockup code though.

Ya, the converter on is the one that buggs me the most.

The only thing I found was the line from the top center of the manifold to the back of the drivers side valve cover was not fully seated. A very small gat was present. I also pulled off the line going from the fuel regulator to the manifold and put it back on to make sure ot was on tight.
I reset all the DTC's not ran and got 50 DTC's not ran showing up. I guess most will go away after I drive the thing home like they did the other day and hopefully the others will too that were there this morning.

dtc not ran scc (since code cleared)
shows what dtc tests where not performed during the dtc check
means the pcm has not run a performance test during driving cycle since code was last cleared

not a current code don't worry about it inless it shows in all dtc
