Default Duramax perfomance?? Where to look?

I am looking at an 03 Chevy 2500 4x4 with the Duramax and the Allison and I was wondering where is the best place to find performance mods. I just want to be able to out tow my freinds 01 Ford F250 who normally pulls his 99 SS on a trailer to the track. I was looking at a Bullydog Dyno Dominator and I liked that but I was wondering what else was out there? Isn't there a Predator for these trucks? What about exhaust options? I don't see propane being an option though.

Lucky for you just a few days ago I typed up a big *** list of stuff. Just go to page two or three on this forum. And enjoy.

I saw that. But lets just say I want to do an exhaust, tuner box and a cold air intake set up. IN your opinion what would be the best stuff to use?

What would your opinion be on a Predator(if it comes availible for the allison trans)?

oh I did want to check really quick on something. The 4x4 option was availible with the Allison right? I just realized that I said that the truck has the Allison and I have been reading and obviously not all did.

call Quadzilla, they can tell you the best setup on exhaust, intake, tuning and everything else.....Quad and Jeremy are great guys and know these diesels, not just the Dmax very well.

Yeah Quadzilla stuff is the ****.

I like K&N intakes so I am gonna get an FIPK. They all do the same thing.

Exhaust wise, just weld in a high flow muffler from Magnaflow. The stock ~3.5" flows pretty well. I'd skip the 4" until you get silly.

Either the Quad box or Edge are great plug in boxes...and both make enough power to smoke the stock converter and the C2 pack.

Yup you can get a 4x4 Allison

the duramax chip from Quad is really sweet...i'm not sure how other chips are but this one has different power levels you can pick by pushing the button, it shows instant feed back of EGTs and you can set it so that if you don't want to go over XXXX EGT the box will shut off at that set EGT and pull power until things cool down to a satisfactory level to not burn anything up. really very awesome stuff.
