Yes the system will tuck above the frame rails. The Dynatech system is supsose to be the only direct bolt on for the 6L trucsk . I dont personally have one but you sshould be able to bolt the whole dynatech system in. Just for future reference mtnman make a signature(the part below my post where you can see my mods) that way people know what kind of truck you have and they can make a more informed deciiosn on what to recommend. On their website it says its a direct bolt on fit.
Dynatechs website read near the part below the headers

Signature done. I just joined this forum a couple of days ago and just hadn't gotten around to adding a signature.

Here I go again...mtnman how do you like that Outlaw intake? Looks interesting but wondered how well it worked by the SOP meter.

Now back to our original topic.

The throttle response has improved, but I dont think I'd say there was any SOP meter increase. I had the vararam before the outlaw and was not happy with its construction or design. I'm much happier with the outlaw intake.

I like the design of the stainless works headers better, no funky plug wire mods needed as with the dynatechs.

stainless works headers require some bending of the factory pipes that the headers mate up to, right?

Ya, that hump sucks!! They make it real hard for you to put the #5 plug wire on and keep it from burning onto the header. But overall, I love my dynatech system!!!!
