Dyno Shop?
I out here in the North Orange County area of California, and there is a Engine Dyno shop that I am looking into buying.
I've talked to the guy a bit about it, and its nothing that will happen overnight or probably this year even. But he is getting to the retirement age, and from what I gather is interested in keeping "His Shop" going through a new owner possably.
Is anyone aware of this being a good investment? Or is it maybe more of a labor of love? I'm not looking to make a million dollars, but I would like a decent income from it. He has a small machine shop in the back area so I'm thinking I could double dip a bit, and machine some parts.
I've always been good with motors, but I will apprenticeship with him as much as possable to ease my way into ownership.
So any idea's out there guys?
