dyno'd -> 409hp / 540 ft/lb torque
I dyno'd the truck today. First run pulled 409 hp and 540 ft lb, we all could hear audible detonation from about 4k and up, we could verify it with the graph, it was climbing steadily, and leveled at 4k to 4500, then started falling.
Second pull I opened the electric cutout, we waiting 10 min to cool a little. did 406 and 533, LOST POWER. Could be due to heat though, I noticed the temp guage was just over 210, which is really warm for the truck.
My dumbass left the charts at the shop, so I can't can them till I get them on monday.
It was on a Mustang dyno if it matters to anyone.

PS, I think HP could be up considerably if I get rid of that detonation. I am going to start putting 93 in the tank instead of 91, it just sucks though cause only sinclair carries it around here.
HPTuners should be here this afternoon also so I can play with it. Allen said he'd go over it with me and we can tune the truck together. He still REALLY wants me to drive to san antonio so he can tune it in person.

We installed the cam, left the springs, and started the truck. Ran pretty much the same as before the cam swap. I deduced that it was probably a stock ls1 cam and he fucked me. I wonder if it wasn't.... and i'm getting some valve float above 4k? Think it's possible?
The guys at the dyno place said normally detonation drops the graph sharply b/c of knock retard, but mine didnt. They also said that it kinda sounded like a miss on the second run,...
