Default Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler

Anyone running one with an off road ypipe? How does it sound? Is it quiet or any drone? Im planning on making a cross country trip this summer and the 1chamber flows on my truck drone like mad on the highway.

I used to run 2 of them when I had true duals, still had the cats though. They sounded really good but were very quiet. I'd imagine with an ORY they would sound awesome.

I have a pair with my true duals, TOGs, and an x-pipe, and no cats. When I first did the headers, I had cats and no x pipe and it sounded good, slightly raspy, not really with a drone, but was loud as hell in the cab (maybe because they're dumped lol) So I put in an x-pipe to quiet it down a bit, then decided to ditch the cats.

yeah the flows are dumped at the axle. I imagine that makes them louder.

I dont know if its drone. Above 2k it gets loud and levels off around 2.5k. Above that its just as loud as the rasp. But with the 4.56 gears its at 2500 @ 70mph

I had one installed with headers, no cats, and an ORY. It had an annoying drone at highway speeds.
