You radiator is already the correct size.
It bolts right up.
There's a few ways to wire them.
I purchased a harness through Nelsonperformance. Saves me the headache and time.
You have a few operating choices.

With a nice truck like that Ilike to use factory parts now that there available.
As far as the fans go.

I bought an electric fan from the junkyard out a mid 90's ford taurus with a 3.8 motor and it keeps my truck around 180 all day. The fan cost me $25 and I wired it so it comes on when my truck is running. It also fits nicely under the shroud and pulls very little current when running. FYI

I'm not exactly cure what temp you should turn the fans on at with a 160 stat - but I want to say the minimum you'll run is around 175 or so. So maybe 180?
I'm running the stock t-stat and I have my fans set to turn on at 212*F. They hardly ever run. I've been considering getting a 160-stat, and wiring up a switch for dual-temps. (easy as pie with the DCC fan controller). I'd run the 212 I use now for daily driving, oil life, emissions, etc. etc.... but then switch to a 180 setting or so when I'm at the strip or towing.
