As far as I know the 03-up are the same as the 99-02 for radiators. FAL makes the 292 for the 27" radiator and the 282 for the 34" radiator.

This might be a stupid question but are you measuring the actual core area or the overall width? I have an '04 Sierra with a 5.3 and the overall radiator width is just over 34".
I'd like to get some electric fans also but don't want to get into a bunch of headaches by doing it wrong and having to "adjust".
Thanks in advance!!

you measure just the cooling area-and yes the 5.3 only has a 27" radiator. The 34" radiators are found in bigger trucks, tahoes, and suburbans.

I dont completely understand the electrical aspect of the E-fan install. I have the bigger radiator, so i could use the LS-1 fan or 05 fan, but how does it wire up to the PCM? Do i have to tap into something?

Yea, you use some relays, tap into a hot, and a ground. Then tap into the A/C compressor wire, and pin 42 in th ePCM, and you have to have the fans turned on in the PCM. If you need a harness for the LS1/LT1 fans, PM me.

I would also recommend using at least a 145 amp alternator to compensate for the power draw. You will also need a longer serpentine belt(same one found on the Denali)
