are they stuck on in high or low speed?
just look on the top of the relay...there will be a number on it 20/30 30/40 (the double number refers to normally open and normally closed current ratings) are most common for this kind of application. do you know the max amperage of the fans?

update-i let the water dry and plugged the relays back in and i hear the e fan motors surging and i can feel them somewhat pulsating but they do not stay on now whne the ignition is off. Also when i have them plugged in 1 one the relays is really warm to the touch and the other 2 are ice cold so im thinking that is the problem-what do you guys think?
