are they stuck on in high or low speed?

just look on the top of the relay...there will be a number on it 20/30 30/40 (the double number refers to normally open and normally closed current ratings) are most common for this kind of application. do you know the max amperage of the fans?

They are stuck on low and I don't know the amperage of the fans there just standard issue ls1 fans

or you could have a short to ground on the low speed pin wire...mnot too likely though. sounds like relay 1 let the smoke out.

On the BBP harness there's 3 relays which one controls the low speed?

Relay's are cheap enough that it might not be a bad idea to replace all 3

Well I just checked out the relays more on my lunch break and I found some water dripping out of one of the relays so maybe water killed it from our week long cali storms

Yes sir I'm gonna buy all 3 new relay and maybe a few extras just in case

update-i let the water dry and plugged the relays back in and i hear the e fan motors surging and i can feel them somewhat pulsating but they do not stay on now whne the ignition is off. Also when i have them plugged in 1 one the relays is really warm to the touch and the other 2 are ice cold so im thinking that is the problem-what do you guys think?

replace them and maybe get a small enclosure or at least water shield.
