Which is easier?
Swapping the cam with the heads on the car, or...
Pull the heads and do the swap?
I know that means new head gaskets, which at 120000K, isn' t a bad idea, but are the headbots TTY or can I re-use them?

Does it really make a difference? I wouldn't pull the heads unless there's a problem with 'em, cleaning 'em, or you're having them modified.
Read through this link: Cam Swap Steps
That should give you a strong sense of what is involved with cam swaps.

I would keep the heads on. The bolts are TTY, and they are over $100 for another set, plus the head gaskets. Mine were like $150, but they are Cometic's. Don't know how much stock ones are. Right there you are already saving over $250!

Thats kinda what I thought I was gonna hear.
While we're on the subject, how much can you mill the heads before you have to worry about valve clearance?
Whats the stock comp ratio of the LM7?
If I can raise it a point, by getting the heads milled, at the same time that I am doing to cam swap, that would be a nice power jump.
