Default Edelbrock Pro-Flo XT question

I've been thinking about buying this manifold but i have a few questions that maybe someone can help, my stock manifold only has the evap and pcv does this have the ports for it or do i have to modify for it work? Second, since my truck is getting a ole p1sc would this "compliment" it or just a lighter wallet. And lastly is their anything else you guys would recommend? I dont really wanna spend any more than this so a FAST is out the question!
Thanks in advance, Abel

Manifold comes with 5 vacuum/boost ports.

I'd keep the money, exchange P1 for D1...and have yourself a good day.
