Your best bet in finding LS1 fans is either here, LS1tech, Ebay, or a junkyard. As for the Nelson thing, you need a Nelson harness, and a tune to get them working properly. I think this might be the write up you're looking for.

thats a pretty good write up, i would like to see how much easier it would be with white's harness because i dont like the idea of picking a random pink wire as being the ignition wire.

Wow thats almost exact as what i did.. and i didnt read any of the instructions or write ups... I guess i did pretty good then.
Except i just used a standard 30A relay with a Mini Toggle Switch instead of the VSC controller. I always keep an eye on everything.
You will be supprised as to how much the fans are acctually used.
Only time i have to turn mine on, is either:
-In town with A/C on with engine idiling.
-Idiling for long periods of time
-Cruising under ~20mph
And thats about it.
I pulled our 4klb 4wheeler trailer the other day, it was a 18Mile trip to my friends house. With Tow/Haul on, and cruising at 45mph the temps never got over 198-199 (EFI Live Scan Tool)
and it warms up quicker in the mornings also.
A/C blows colder when idiling also!
