Thats what im saying...
Think about how many LS1s are out there right now, these fans are used daily.
I got my LS1 fans for $80 and took about $2 of wire, $3 toggle switch, $3 Relay to get them working.
The amazing thing is the Coolant temps wont start climbing until you are stopped with the A/C blowing, or idiling for a period of time.
Even with a lil towing the temps dont climb..
So i believe for a under $100 this is by far the best mod a person could do. You can get your money back in a few months from the gas you save.

When I put mine in, my ETs dropped about .25, and my MPG went up 2.5-3 mpg.

Well I had my Ls1 fans with a nelson harness and they could not keep up in the summers heat. I have heard of VERY few people having ls1 fans and having a overheating problem. BUT I did and I would not try another set. I'm am going to try some 05 GM fans and a bigger radiator.

Is there a particular year(s) of vehicle for the LS1 Fans or are they all the same?

LS1 = 98-02. All of those are the same.

LT1 fans work also, as well the V-6 fans I believe.
