Default Electric Cutout install, How to.

Finally got my dmh cutout installed so I thought I would throw up some pics and tell how I did it.
I drilled a hole behind the passenger seat and ran the wire under the carpet and the plastic cover that holds the carpet down, and under the dash to the passenger air bag switch on the dash.
I tapped into my passenger airbag switch/lights power wire and used a bolt to attach the ground, like so:

This worked out perfect because its a switchable source and only supplies power with the key on.
Then I bolted everything back together and this is the final product:

No cam? Hows it sound with no chop?

Loud... I have no cam and it is still nice sounding.
Im sure it sounds much better with headers like he has though

No, no cam It just sounds loud, actually has a pretty decent tone. Ill try to get a video up.

Yup, its pretty dang loud.

Awesome, i remember when my Z71 used to look big n tough like yours.
I cant wait to see the videos. I'm fixing to put one on when I install my turbo.
