What's involved with the harness? Is it just a plug and play deal? Or do you need a tune for the PCM to operate?

Where are you guys getting the relays to turn on the fans? Is there a specific type to use? I have the flex-a-lite fans and would like to get rid of their vcm and have the ECM control both fans.
