Default electric fans

anybody know if fans from a ls1 gto will fit a 2000 1500 with a 5.3? the blade profile on them makes them seem as though they may provide better airflow so i was curious. gto core measures (26-5/8 x 17 x 1). thanks for the help

They should fit okay. You will have to make your own brackets to mount it.

Check out BlackBear Performance for your tuning and efan harness needs, there's a link to the right >>>>>

I recommend going with the 2 pin harness and appropriate tuning...it uses the PCM and AC pressures to turn on the AC condenser cooling fan(s) as opposed to just the ac compressor clutch signal which turns on the ac fan(s) every time that the compressor engages (the old way, this is how my efans are set up, it works great, but the ac fans run more than necessary. the 2 pin way is the newer, more "trick" way to do it )
