Default electric fans staying on all the time.. pcm tune problem??

need some feed back on this guys..

i installed 05 escalade fans and also bigger radiator, got the nelson wiring kit for it and tuned for it by wait4me performance. ground wire at alt bracket and power from dist block then pin in #42 on.

but now fans stay on low all the time and wont turn off tell i turn truck off.
i can turn them on high when turning on a/c
also both fans run together.
could it be a tuning problem??
im stumped! lol

Unhook the blue wire to pin 42 of the PCM and see if the fans shut off...if they do, the PCM is keeping that pin grounded. If not, you have a short elsewhere in the harness...
