Electric Water Pumps. Are they worth it?

Hummmmm, seems like something worth while to throw on at the same time as a car intake manifold to me, rather than dealing with the other modified WP options.

you should not have any problems running one of these for several years. 4000 hours or how ever many is a lot of hours.

I have 1,321 hours on my SS with 43,000 miles. I think 3,000-4,000 hours is well worth it... My main concern is about the idler pulley, regarding whether or not it could be properly spaced out to line up with the truck FEAD placement.

i would go with the larger of the two in regards to mezierre. they make one that is 14 pounds and one that is 7 pounds. if you plan on driving on the street with it i'd go only with the larger unit. there is a article i think in gmhtp or super chevy magazine. i'll look for the article and post the link to it.

id say stick with the stack one it is more reliable and cheaper to run on the street
