Default Electrical Problem-Horn

I've been having a lot of problems lately with my horn. The first time it went out, I replaced the fuse. The 2nd time, I replaced the relay and fuse. Friday I used my horn and it went out, so I replaced the fuse and immediately the next time I used it, it went out. I can't seem to find the problem. Everything else electrically works without problems. I was wondering if it was a faulty ground wire on the horn.? The factory alarm sounds when I lock the truck, but when I use the horn or panic button it sounds fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
