Default Engine running rough

Showed codes 0151 (bad passenger o2 sensor) and 0174 (bank 2 running lean) to begin with, now showing those 2 and 0300 (misfire). I pulled a spark plug on the passenger side and it was fouled up pretty bad from running rich. From what I understand the o2 sensor is detecting a lean condition and trying to correct with more fuel. I switched the o2 sensor with the drivers side to see if the problem would switch sides, just to confirm that the o2 sensor was the problem. It showed the same codes, all on the passenger side. So that means that the o2 sensor wasn't the problem right? I've also heard that a clogged air filter or dirty MAF sensor could cause a lean condition, but that would affect both halves of the motor, not just the passenger side. Anybody have any idea what else it could be?

P0151 is a low voltage code for the 02 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1. It does not necessarily mean it's bad. You would need to monitor the values with a scan tool to determine if its bad.

P0174 Is bank 2 system lean.

You could have several Problems. You need to check the wiring to make sure you don't have a short.

A leaking intake gasket could cause a lean condition on 1 side as well as a stuck injector could also cause this.

Some people have also had similar issues as a result of having headers... You will have to trouble shoot it more to see if you can resolve it before condemn any thing specific.
