well it hasnt died yet, but lately its been struggling to start. i recharged the battery and it started fine for a week, now its doing it again? it sparks, then it takes a second or two then starts

i am having the problem when i turn over the truck it immediately wants to stall out like it isn't gettnig enough gas or something. if i push on the accelerator and rev the engine, then let it come back down to 700rmp, it idles fine and doesn't seem like it wants to shut off. mine almost sounds like a fuel pump problem.

your problem sounds a little different than mine. sounds like yours is having a hard time turning over, while mine has a hard time staying started.

i got about 35k on it... another thing i noticed was that my clock resets and the times always off

I would throw in a new battery and see what happens.

that sounds like a battery to me if the clock keeps reseting

Check out your battery connections and get rid of any corrosion.
