If you fall into that I'd recomend that you just have them replaced under warrenty and use the money for the cats elsewhere, possibly buying a nice system such as a Corsa cat back.

Don't know much about cats except that there's nothing wrong with stock ones, they flow well. For mufflers I'd get a Magnaflow. Had both Gibson and Flowmaster and neither are good mufflers. Glad I had them, though, because they showed me how good a Magnaflow was once I had it installed.

why dont you just gut your cats? magnaflow is a good muffler, but yall dont need to be hatin on flowmaster they have been around a while and have a very strong group of hardcore supporters who use them, including offroaders , because of there toughness, i think they sound great, they just dont perform as well as a magnaflow or another type straight threw muffler, remember an flowmaster is a chambered muffler, so there is no way it can flow better than a straight through design. if you did want to go with a chamber design , hooker aerochambers outflow all other chambered mufflers , and they sound great.
