Default exhaust cutout

i am wanting to put an electronic cutout on my truck but i dont know anything about them just that they sound amazing

what do i need to have an electronic cutout?

^^^^^haha thanks man,, your truck looks amazing btw lol thats sick

and what it the ""flowtech" version of the cutout thats more expensive? like theres just the cutout and then the flowtech cutout on their ordering page

also what is the borla on their ordering page?

Thanks man, I changed out the black projectors for something a little different.. I plan on posting some pics after winter is over and I get her cleaned up..

The flowtech is the black Y pipe. You can get just the e cutout for $179 or the Y pipe and cutout for $199. You need the Y pipe to run the cutout..

Not sure what the borla **** is haha..

DMH is the cutout of choice, guys seem to have great results with them. Unfortunately, the QTP cutouts have proven themselves to be problematic and unreliable. If you search this section for "QTP", you'll find pics of their cutouts with the butterflies hanging off of them, broken shafts, missing screws, etc. It's a bummer for me since their shop is probably about 5 or so miles from my house (I don't like it when my neighbors sell shoddy products)

BTW, cutout installation is pretty much cut, weld, power, ground, switch, relay

sweet....i cant wait to get one....i dont know if it'll sound as good on my baby 4.8 but it sounds beast on the 5.3's and bigger v8's....

Just put a cam in and no one will even know its a 4.8
