This is my roomates corvette, FULL EXHAUST, arh17/8" long tubes, true duals w/ x pipe, no cats, resonators, b&b bullets...

Cant really hear it at idle in this vid but you get the wide open throttle sound before his car breaks loose half track...

yeah, so think of the same type of exhaust setup in your truck... its going to be loud as **** with an x pipe too, not to mention perform better..

same car different setting...

I know a X-pipe can be loud, and if I run duals, I always run a X-pipe, but this guy want's loud, separate duals or an H-pipe will make it louder.

Personally, I prefer performance over volume. The louder it is, the more attention it gets. The more attention it get's, the less you can play with it.

This was my 89, stock engine, 3 inch single with only a Cat. By far the loudest street driven truck I or any of my friends had heard. The county was expanding the jail a that time, the exterior wall on the HWY, just up from a redlight on a steep incline. When the construction workers saw me sitting at the red light, they would stop working and cover their ears. It was horrible, the sound bouncing back off the brick wall back to the truck was painful inside the truck. After 3 weeks, it had a muffler back on it. Not sure why it was so loud, I have had plenty of trucks setup up basically the same that were pretty tame.

Video does no justice.

83 Malibu wagon Marine crate 350 engine, NOT A 383, just after that video I found out the guy that installed the motor stole my stroker and installed a marine crate GM performance engine, long tubes, homemade X-pipe, Pypes Race Pro mufflers, the knocking was the lower end coming apart

This is mine on the dyno running up to about 5400RPM.

Catless LT's, 2.5" true dual, X-pipe, dual magnaflow (don't remember the model number off of the top of my head). dumped before the axle.
