Default Exhaust muffler for 3" duals?

03 5.3L

So im using pacesetters and setting up a 3" dual setup.
I have to get rid of the nasty rattling noise I have with the Y pipe.

Looking for mufflers to keep everything quiet and not too noisy.

Gibson 4X9X18 which are chambered?
Magnaflow 4X9X18 which are straight through?

Thanks,

Thats a good idea.

But why would you suggest this over two seperate muflers?

Noise level? overall sound quality? Because the X pipe is built in?

Thanks,

I just want to be sure. Man my last exhaust was awful? no cats. 2.5 dual Y into 3" then single Gibson muffler. It would rattle so bad under a light load!

OLD Exhaust.

Really just because I have it and it sounds good. I figured the x pipe was good for something and is not hurting anything.

tarinitup.... with you running 11's wow.

You have 3" duals and magnaflow dual in dual out. Is it the 5X11X22 p/n12599? And you have no rasp? like bababababa at cetian RPM loads?
Do you run cats?

Thanks..

Oh and some more pics...
